Every staff member from as soon as I got there was so helpful and understanding. They explained every procedure to me which was handy because I was going into the unknown. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting a hair transplant done. The nurses were very good at keeping me entertained throughout which obviously made time go fast. I can’t that the hair dr clinic enough. Amazing. If anyone is unsure on whether to do, do it, you won’t regret it

Staff were very professional and put me at ease on the day of my procedure. Everything was explained through out the day . The hospital is very welcoming and beautiful . The Operating area is clinical , very clean and sterile environment. The Surgeon and staff were friendly and efficient throughout my procedure, making sure i was comfortable or needed a break . I was very impressed by the efficiency and smoothness of the day . Post op instructions that were given are easy to follow .on returning home , If i had any questions or concerns following my procedure, the clinic were always quick to reply to my questions.

I cannot say enough about how great this team and my experience at this clinic was. From start to finish my whole experience was smooth and without stress. Even from my first call and video chat, they were very welcoming, explained clearly how the procedure would go and very helpful with any questions I had. Right from the start you can tell they are completely professional and the best at what they do. The team there was nothing but supportive and reassuring. They made me feel completely comfortable, even tho I was a bit nervous, I knew I was in good hands and the best place.They even got me breakfast due to the appointment starting early in the morning. As for the results of the procedure, I am so happy with the progress of my hair so far. I can see so much growth from areas where there was none before, I'm over the moon. The aftercare and contact with the team is above any other, they send you off with all the information and aftercare to look after your hair/head after your op. The team are quick to reply over the phone/message with any queries I had. If anyone is thinking of having the op done I would not recommend anyone else, best team ever.

Recently got a hair transplant of around 4000 grafts at The Hair Dr by Dr Arshad and his team and can say the customer service is at a really high level. Every question before and during operation was answered promptly. During the operation everything was explained and the team are all nice people. All instruction packs are easy to follow, would highly recommend this place. Feeling positive about the results to come.

After looking around a lot of places (including Turkey) for a good and trustworthy hair transplant clinic, I was recommended the Hair Dr by a family friend. I decided to go with the Hair Dr because the look on the family friend was so natural and looked really well done. Easy booking with a video call consultation (as I live far from the clinic) and lots of great communication through WhatsApp, I asked a lot of questions and they were promptly answered with lots of helpful information. Arrived at 7:30 on the day of the procedure and was greeted by Adam who helped calm my nerves and chatted to me answering more questions. Then a friendly meeting with Dr Arshad to discuss the hairline placement and some photos taken and discuss the procedure to answer any more questions. Then it time to shave my head and then taken to my “pod” where I had a personal space, with snacks and drinks supplied with a private bathroom and then straight into extraction. I was really nervous about the anaesthetic injections but they were not too bad and Daisy administered them really gently with minimal pain. Extraction was good removing 4,000 grafts with a break half way. Then lunch I was given a lovely sandwich and some more snacks and drinks. After lunch it was time to make the channels and Dr Arshad was really thorough here and covered all the areas we discussed really well. Then another break before insertion of the grafts. This was really pleasant and everyone very friendly and chatty, had the radio on and felt really relaxed and at ease. Very professional and friendly and the after care information was amazing and they gave a goody bag with all the medication and further info on how to care for the hair afterwards. Overall it was a great experience, I was really nervous to begin with and by the end I had a big smile on my face and was in minimal pain. If you want a top quality transplant with a friendly and professional team, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you to the whole team for making it such a smooth and enjoyable day

Had my hair transplant done here 2 weeks ago. Amazing company, really made me feel comfortable through out. The premises was really nice and they communicated with me amazingly throughout the procedure. The aftercare was very easy to understand and to follow and The Hair Dr was so fast at replying whenever I needed to ask them anything after the procedure.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE Hi All, please be cautious about this clinic, namely Dr Arshad. I have been throughly researching clinics. From the research and speaking to many past patients the results from this clinic are not positive at all. You can see plenty of failures/below average results from the reviews on here and on forums/social media. Considering the price, the consistent failed surgeries/below average results should be a red flag to all. I urge anyone concerning this clinic to reconsider and look else where. Additional you can see well known hair transplant researchers such as the hair transplant specialist have commented on how poor this clinic is. Please do your research! And avoid this clinic
